Increasing member statement delivery through E-Statements is the most cost-effective way to deliver statements. Show members the many benefits of E-Statement delivery. It's safer than postal delivery and it's easy to enroll.
CU*Answers also has a win-win marketing program that is perfect for CU*BASE clients looking for ways to reduce statement processing and postage costs by encouraging members to safely view their statements electronically through CU*@HOME and sharing in the savings by receiving a reward of .25 for each month they use E-Statements instead of a printed statement. Choose from two different themes, the Bandit highlighting safety, or the Postman who needs a break.

CU*Answers plans to provide several PDF forms which you can use to customize your materials. To use this technology, you will need Adobe Reader 5.0 or later. Most computers already have this installed. If you need to download Adobe Reader, click the button to above. There is no cost to download or use Adobe Reader.
How Much Does it Cost?
Best news yet! You pay nothing for the graphic design and creation of the CU*Drive material…it’s all done for you. And, like all of our tiers, we combine the order of all participating credit unions and the costs of materials are substantially reduced. To date, we have sent out over 5 million pieces and our client credit unions have saved literally thousands of dollars while building member relationships.
